My daily quote which makes me joyful, peaceful, and free!
BIBLE VERSE OF THE DAY
“This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it” Psalm 118:24
HOPE MESSAGE OF THE DAY
On Sunday, we celebrated my husband as he retired from the Iowa Falls School Board after serving for 16 years! Quite an accomplishment! In the past, Todd and I may have gone out for supper as a token of appreciation for each other, but we are working on something new this year! We are trying to celebrate all of the wins! Instead of glossing over the good things in life, our goal has been to intentionally live in the moment and celebrate! There will be time to move on to the next challenge, hurdle or problem, trust me. But for today - we celebrate! So, congratulations, Todd! We are so very proud of you!
ORGANIZATIONAL TIP OF THE DAY
Grab your notebook! What are three things you could celebrate today? Being on time to work? Eating a healthy breakfast? Calling a friend? Whatever it is, at the very least, take a moment and let that accomplishment sink in! Thank God for the opportunity! Live in the moment!! This indeed is the day the Lord has made! It is our duty to rejoice and celebrate each other!! And hold on, with that kind of attitude, be prepared to see life in a whole new remarkable way!!
