My daily quote which makes me joyful, peaceful, and free!
BIBLE VERSE OF THE DAY
‘Take every thought captive to obey Christ.” 2 Corinthians 10:5
HOPE MESSAGE OF THE DAY
Press the pause button. Do you need to monitor your inner voice? Make sure you take a good look at what you are telling yourself as that silent but LOUD voice has a profound impact on your everyday life. As a trained Christian Life Coach, I still must remind myself to monitor my inner voice way too often. Sometimes, I absolutely cringe at the things I tell myself - things I would never in a million years say to another person. When I get tripped up by life, my inner voice rages. At these times, it is even more important to remember that you deserve to listen to God’s voice inside your head, not your ego’s and certainly not your enemy’s. Always pray to silence all voices but God’s to assure yourself that His voice is the only line of communication you need.
ORGANIZATIONAL TIP OF THE DAY
When was the last time you got tripped up by life? For me, unfortunately, that moment was today thus the reason for the post! I needed to remind myself that I am human, I make mistakes, and I need to turn to God when life gets messy! In your moment of stumbling, do you remember what you told yourself? Did you turn to God? If not, the next time life doesn’t go according to plan (and we all know it will happen at some point!) you now will have an offensive course of action with God leading the way! When we think about Christ in all of life’s circumstances, we indeed capture the love, strength, and grace of the Father who knows and loves us best!
