HOPE MESSAGE OF THE DAY
Faith and fitness changed my life. End of story. However, when I started lifting weights, I was so embarrassed. I was ashamed of my appearance and quite frankly didn’t even know how to work the machines. That is until I applied LGx3 - Let God, Let Go, Let’s Go - the name of my new book! And I never looked back! While I lift weights, I listen to my Bible verses for the day. Then, I listen to the sermon series from my church. Once the sermons are listened to, I move on to Christian podcasts. The workouts seemed to get easier and my heart was fuller. Funny how that happened without me really even knowing! And I just love time organization! Nothing better than doing two things I love at once!!
ORGANIZATIONAL TIP OF THE DAY
God gave us our earthly bodies to carry out his will, so it our duty to care for our temples. What are three action steps you could take this week to take care of yourself physically, mentally and spiritually? It is time to “Let’s Go!” Write your thoughts down in your notebook and dream big!!
