BIBLE VERSE OF THE DAY

“All things should be done decently and in order.” 1 Corinthians 14:40

HOPE MESSAGE OF THE DAY

I just love to organize! It is probably one of my favorite all time hobbies! To find an easier way to store cleaning products to the ultimate functioning home office…well it makes me happy! It’s true…systematic order gives me peace! However as much I love organizational peace, true peace comes from our relationship with Christ. Romans 5:1. So let’s get organized in our daily lives so that we have the time, energy and mindset to spend with the Father who loves us beyond measure and so desires to share His cherished peace with us!

ORGANIZATIONAL TIP OF THE DAY

Your home is your sanctuary. It is a place where you go to eat, sleep, relax, refresh, clean up, find safety and just be yourself. If it is a disaster of unorganized chaos, you will never find the peace you are looking for or the focused time to spend with God. Now, does it have to be perfect! Absolutely not! So let’s get busy and get organized! I challenge you to clean out one closet this week from top to bottom! As a professional organizer, here is my abbreviated step-by-step solution to cleaning out that catch-all closet. 1. Empty it all out 2. Clean the shelves and floor 3. Make three piles of the items from the closet into keep, throw, and donate 4. Buy inexpensive but cute baskets or storage containers - (NOTE Dollar Tree has an adorable and affordable selection!) 5. Put the items back in neatly 6. Take the items to the trash and donation box within 24 hours to ensure it is not just another pile in your way! Ready, Set, Let’s Go!
